SAP Engineer to Order and Change Management Expert

Endeavour Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Engineer to Order and Change Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP solutions in the Engineer to Order and Engineering Change modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and configure SAP solutions in the Engineer to Order and Engineering Change modules to meet client business needs.
  2. Provide specialist-level support for SAP solutions in the Engineer to Order and Engineering Change modules.
  3. Work closely with customers to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP functionality.
  4. Ensure all business processes, functional specifications, technical specifications, test scripts, and training documentation are created and up to date.
  5. Ensure compliance with existing standards and development of required data and reporting standards.
  6. Ensure the integrity of the SAP Engineer to Order and Engineering Change configuration in the SAP systems across multiple landscapes.
  7. Support business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills.
  8. Conduct configuration changes to accommodate change requests and prototype activities.
  9. Demonstrate proof of concept and assist in training activities.
  10. Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change requests, enhancements, and new functionality.
  11. Work with the Service Desk, SAP Functional, and Support analysts to facilitate incident & problem resolution where required.
  12. Work with SAP and relevant third parties to resolve software issues.
  13. Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality and perform application research.
  14. Understand the business processes and how the application supports the processes for Engineer to Order and Engineering Change.
Requirements:
  1. A university degree or relevant experience in SAP ETO, PP, PS, PLM, MM solutions.
  2. 5 Years of hands-on Engineer to Order and Engineering Change solution architect/consultant experience for large Assets (Ship Building) configuration and support.
  3. Integration experience with Logistics, Project Systems, Timesheets, HR, Plant Maintenance, and Fleet Operations.
  4. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  5. Management of reporting and change programmes.
  6. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  7. Experience working in an environment where negotiation, influence, mediation, and conflict management skills are required.
  8. Focus on delivering customer service and quality solutions.
  9. Experience of SAP Aerospace, Naval and Defense.
  10. Experience with PLM/PDM tool integration with SAP.
  11. Experience of working with large SAP Programs or SAP System Integrators.
