Key Responsibilities:
- Account Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned aerospace customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Order Fulfillment: Manage customer orders from initial entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- SAP System Management: Utilize SAP for order management, inventory tracking, production scheduling, and invoicing, ensuring data integrity.
- Customer Communication: Regularly update clients on order status, resolve inquiries, and address concerns.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Forecasting and Demand Planning: Collaborate with customers to forecast demand, ensuring production schedules align with customer needs.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address order discrepancies, delays, or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports related to customer orders and delivery performance using SAP and other tools.
- Contract and Price Negotiation: Assist in contract reviews, pricing discussions, and terms of service agreements with key customers.
- Compliance: Ensure all customer accounts adhere to industry regulations and standards, particularly those unique to aerospace manufacturing.
- Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer account management, preferably within aerospace manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SAP
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and quality requirements (e.g., AS9100, ISO9001) is highly desirable.
