This is an exciting opportunity to join Durlston Ward at Poole Hospital as a key member of our team. As a Ward Hostess, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive excellent care and support.
Main Responsibilities- Lead in ordering patient meals and replenishing beverages to ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with nursing teams to record patient fluid and beverage intake.
- Conduct daily stock checks and replenish stores to maintain sufficient catering supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to patients and colleagues.
- Good standard of general education.
- Customer care experience.
- Basic understanding of nutritional needs and requirements for patient recovery.
