Pensions Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Business Support Associate to join our team at Allegis Group. As a key member of our Field Support Group, you will provide exceptional service to our contractors, sales partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Act as the sole point of contact for contractor queries and proactively seek solutions
- Manage data entry, validation, and integrity for Allegis Internal systems
- Update and maintain contractor records on Allegis Internal systems and Salesforce
- Support Time & Expense Associate with adjustments and ad-hoc reporting
- Develop strong relationships with sales partners and peers to support business aims
- Understand and apply relevant legislation and right to work requirements
- Advise consultants and contractors on policies and compliance
- Customer-focused and helpful attitude
- Understanding of excellent customer service principles
- Ability to build professional partnerships and relationships
- Previous experience with Microsoft and Oracle packages
- Previous administrative experience in an office environment
- Good communication skills for local and remote working relationships
