About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Associate to join our team at Allegis Group. As a key member of our Field Support Group, you will provide exceptional customer service to our contractors, Sales partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contractor queries and proactively seek solutions, escalating where necessary
  • Responsible for data entry, validation, and integrity of information entered into Allegis Internal systems
  • Update and maintain contractor records on Allegis Internal systems and Salesforce
  • Support Time & Expense Associate with the Adjustment process and contact external stakeholders as required
  • Develop strong relationships with Sales partners and peers in other departments to support business aims
  • Support ad-hoc reporting as needed and understand legislation affecting the business and contractors
  • Advise consultants and contractors on policies, compliance, and other relevant information
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and duties as requested by manager
Requirements
  • Customer-focused, helpful, and willing to support at all times
  • Understanding of excellent customer service principles
  • Ability to build professional partnerships both internally and externally
  • Previous working knowledge of Microsoft and Oracle packages
  • Previous experience in an office or administration environment
  • Good communication skills to build local and remote working relationships
