We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Watford House Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and dignity are respected.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care to residents, including personal care, meal support, and mobility assistance.
- Support daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Foster a warm and engaging atmosphere, promoting social interaction and a sense of community among residents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and a positive resident experience.
- SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant or in a related field.
- Passion for providing care and support to the elderly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
- Flexible zero-hour contract to suit your lifestyle.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum.
