Internal Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, customer research, and market analysis.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with company products and services, providing accurate information to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Manage customer data and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in internal sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
