Internal Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, customer research, and market analysis.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including designers, architects, manufacturers, and facilities managers.
  4. Manage customer databases, including updating customer information and tracking sales activity.
  5. Stay up-to-date with company products and features, and provide feedback to the business.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in internal sales or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Sage.
