Job Title: Internal Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and supporting existing customers with information about our company offering and product base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search for new business opportunities through leads, websites, and customer base
  • Support customers with prices, product range offers, training, technical support, and any other needs
  • Identify correct decision-makers within target customers (designers, architects, manufacturers, facilities managers, etc.)
  • Develop the customer database on Sage
  • Build knowledge about the competition within the marketplace and provide feedback to the business
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Document customer information and share it with the Sales Manager and Back-office
  • Stay up-to-date with the company's new products and features
  • Manage budget responsibilities as defined by the branch operation manager
Ideal Experience:
  • Proven work experience within Internal Sales
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong communication skills, excellent written and verbal English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Sage, and good typing speed
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills
