Internal Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Search for new business opportunities through leads, websites, and customer bases.
  • Customer Support: Provide support to customers with prices, product ranges, training, technical support, and other needs.
  • Decision Maker Identification: Identify correct decision-makers within target customers, including designers, architects, manufacturers, facilities managers, and more.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Database Management: Develop and maintain a customer database on Sage.
  • Market Research: Build knowledge about the competition within the marketplace and provide feedback to the business.
  • Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation: Document customer information and share it with the Sales Manager and Back-office team.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company's new products and features.
  • Budget Management: Manage budget responsibilities defined by the branch operation manager.
