About the Opportunity

Aldermore Bank PLC is seeking a highly skilled Change Coordinator to join our Technology function. As a key member of our Change Management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT change/request process and ensuring the smooth delivery of our multi-year IT transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of changes through their lifecycle from submission through to implementation and closure.
  • Assist the Change Manager with the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
  • Advise and assist all teams in coordinating changes across all environments, including identifying any risks and conflicts.
  • Produce monthly reports for change management, and report to the Change Manager and SDM any changes/events that will impact the business operations.
  • Advise all relevant stakeholders of change implementation.
  • Champion the change management process and continually seek to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
Requirements
  • Experience from a similar Change Coordinator role would be desirable.
  • Excellent administration, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and process-driven.
  • Able to adapt in a busy environment and respond calmly and rationally whilst maintaining a positive and solution-focused attitude.
  • Must be able to use own initiative, be flexible, and proactive.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Experience working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
