Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive success and growth in our award-winning Elton Chester SPAR store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and fostering a positive and empowering work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a talented team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient inventory management, merchandising, and stock control to enhance the shopping experience.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Sales and Performance: Set and achieve sales targets, driving initiatives to increase revenue and profitability.
- Community Involvement: Participate in local community events and initiatives to strengthen the store's ties with the community.
- Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and the local community.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive business performance.
- Salary of up to £31,600, plus up to £7,800 bonus potential.
