Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspire and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve results
- Communicate store performance and company updates to the team
- Develop and maintain a customer-centric culture, ensuring the team delivers exceptional fashion consulting
- Proactively seek customer feedback and implement recommendations to improve customer service
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
- Build strong relationships with customers and staff
- Coach and develop team members to support internal succession
- Monitor and control controllable costs
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a dynamic retail environment
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze sales data
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
