Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Response Personnel. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent service to all customers, providing information and administration support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond efficiently and professionally to customer inquiries, providing a single point of resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Contract Administration: Carry out necessary contract administration within service level agreements, ensuring adherence to task-specific procedures and processes.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with customers, internal colleagues, and stakeholders, adhering to company standards and targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Take ownership of problems and resolve them to a satisfactory conclusion within predetermined time frames.
  • Teamwork: Be an active member of the customer operations team, assisting in identifying new processes and department improvements.
  • Continuous Learning: Demonstrate ability to learn and employ finance and credit-control knowledge, and maintain relevant accreditation and compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: GCSE or equivalent English Language and Mathematics is preferable.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably within the finance industry.
  • Skills: Effective telephone and negotiation skills, excellent administrative skills, keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail, and self-motivation.
