Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults with autism and speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement highly specialist speech and language therapy treatment plans, ensuring that service users are involved in the planning and prioritization of their care.
- Provide high-quality clinical care, ensuring safe and effective assessment, treatment, and comprehensive discharge planning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide specialist advice and support to service users and their families.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the evaluation of service user outcomes.
