Job Title: Site Manager or Supervisor

A Site Manager or Supervisor is needed for a cladding company to manage long-term projects in Central London. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage £2 million project packages, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Lead and motivate site teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Communicate clearly with workers, management, and clients to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, including CDM and HSE regulations.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure work meets specifications.
  • Plan schedules, track progress, and produce reports to stakeholders.
  • Allocate resources effectively, adapting plans as needed to meet project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of site progress and safety.
Requirements:
  • Background in Slating, Tiling, Lead Roofing, or Rainscreen Cladding.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with construction software like MS Project and Excel.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and construction processes.
