Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a £5M CAT B D&B Fit Out project in the Victoria area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in delivering commercial fit outs and managing sites with a high standard of health and safety. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with the project team.

The successful Site Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing the site and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Maintaining a high standard of health and safety
  • Reporting to the Project Manager daily
  • Coordinating with the project team to ensure a smooth and efficient project delivery

The successful candidate will have:

  • CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience
  • Longevity in freelance roles with major contractors
  • Procore Experience
  • Experience in delivering commercial fit outs
  • Major experience in M+E
  • Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
  • SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certifications

In return, the successful Site Manager will have the opportunity to work with a highly respected contractor, earn a competitive day rate, and have the potential for ongoing freelance work with an established fit out contractor.
