As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures
  • Collaborate with the project manager, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and issue logs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Procore and other construction management software
  • SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certifications
