Project Manager (Leisure/ Construction/ Architectural)

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of technically exciting design and build bespoke projects, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal part in the future success of the business and to continually progress to senior roles.

This role will involve managing your own day and handling a number of construction projects from concept to completion. You will hold chair meetings with clients and contractors, monitor project progress, and deal with contract instructions.

The Role:
  1. Running multiple bespoke leisure projects
  2. Procurement for projects
  3. Moving projects from design to construction stage
  4. Meetings with clients, contractors, and internal departments
  5. Hybrid, site visits, and office-based
  6. Monday-Friday 9-5 (overtime if required to meet deadlines)
The Person:
  1. Project Manager or similar
  2. Construction/ Architectural / Leisure background
  3. Design and build experience
  4. Commutable to London - happy to cover sites in and around London
