Job Title: Site Manager or Supervisor

A highly skilled Site Manager or Supervisor is required to lead our cladding projects in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing long-term projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project packages worth up to £2 million, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion.
  • Lead and motivate site teams, delegating tasks and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with workers, management, and clients, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including CDM and HSE standards.
  • Maintain quality control, ensuring all work meets specifications and industry standards.
  • Plan and track project schedules, producing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Allocate resources effectively, adapting plans as needed to meet project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of site progress and safety, providing valuable insights for future projects.
Requirements:
  • Background in Slating, Tiling, Lead Roofing, or Rainscreen Cladding.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Familiarity with construction software, including MS Project and Excel.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and construction processes, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
