Job Title: Site Manager or Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager or Supervisor to join our team at Cornerstone Project Source. As a key member of our cladding company, you will be responsible for managing long-term projects in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project packages worth £2 million, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Lead and motivate site teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with workers, management, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain health and safety compliance, adhering to regulations such as CDM and HSE.
  • Ensure quality control and verify that work meets specifications.
  • Plan schedules, track progress, and produce reports to stakeholders.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, adapting plans as needed to meet project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of site progress and safety.

Requirements:

  • Background in Slating, Tiling, Lead Roofing, or Rainscreen Cladding.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with construction software like MS Project and Excel.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and construction processes.
