Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of M&E projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and manage M&E projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  3. Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  4. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Ensure health and safety protocols are followed, conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
  6. Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project delivery.
  7. Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  1. SMSTS/SSSTS certification - Essential.
  2. Gas Safe Passport (CPA1, COCDN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1, BMP1, CORT1) - Essential.
  3. Experience working with commercial boiler houses and plant rooms (100Kw to 5Mw systems).
  4. Problem-solving skills, critical for resolving on-site issues and ensuring project success.
  5. Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to handling project challenges.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools to coordinate and manage tasks efficiently.

Experience:

  1. Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager, with a successful track record of managing and delivering projects.
  2. Previous experience in the social housing sector is advantageous.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Special Requirements:

  1. Fluency in English - Essential.
  2. Full UK driving license - Preferred.
  3. Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
  4. Flexibility to work outside of standard hours when needed to meet project requirements.
