PRS is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional M&E services in a large commercial building in the City of London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in contract management, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational service delivery, financial management, people management, compliance, and risk management
  • Delivery of contractual commitments, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to clients
  • Internal reporting and stakeholder engagement
  • Evaluation of proposals and changes to services, identifying financial, personnel, and operational performance implications
  • Contract strategic alignment and development, exploiting opportunities to increase turnover and profitability
  • Succession planning and business policy implementation
  • QHSE, statutory legislation, Health & Wellbeing, and DE&I focus
  • Engagement of executive involvement for new scope and business pricing
  • Preferred supply chain management and risk management
  • Strategic vision and best-in-class operational service delivery
  • Complex project delivery and risk identification

About the Role:

The Senior Contract Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality M&E services, managing the contract budget, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract commercials, including financial management and risk assessment. The role requires excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar contract management role, with a strong understanding of contract commercials
  • Proven track record in delivering M&E maintenance or TFM contracts in a commercial environment
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven change management experience in the development and implementation of strategic plans
