Position Overview
Join our dedicated team as a Senior Nursing Professional at a specialized Neuro Centre. This role offers a competitive compensation of £19.00 per hour.

About the Service
This esteemed facility caters to adults across various age groups, abilities, and health conditions. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of our service users by ensuring their needs are prioritized while providing support for long-term nursing care and facilitating transitions back to independent living following rehabilitation.

Our service is designed for individuals who can benefit from collaborative sessions with our on-site Occupational and Physiotherapists.

We provide a cozy residential environment for individuals with dementia or related conditions, accommodating up to 11 residents in a warm and inviting villa.

Additionally, we offer step-down services for those ready to reintegrate into community living, along with two respite rooms for short-term stays and two dedicated suites for end-of-life care.

Our goal is to foster independence, inclusion, and overall well-being for individuals with support needs. This is achieved through collaboration with individuals, their families, and partner organizations to deliver innovative, high-quality services tailored to each person's aspirations, all in a person-centered manner.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising nursing staff
  • Onboarding new team members
  • Providing continuous training and support to the nursing and care teams
  • Managing departmental budgets
  • Monitoring and ensuring quality patient care across the unit

Role Details:
  • Permanent position
  • Available in full-time or part-time capacities
