Position Overview
Join our dedicated team as a Senior Nursing Professional at a specialized Neuro Centre. This role offers a competitive compensation of £19.00 per hour.

About the Facility
This esteemed establishment provides comprehensive support to adults across various age groups, abilities, and disabilities. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of our service users, ensuring their preferences and needs are prioritized while assisting those with long-term nursing requirements and facilitating transitions back to independent living following rehabilitation.

Our facility features a cozy and inviting 11-person villa designed for individuals with dementia or related conditions. Additionally, we offer step-down services for those aiming to reintegrate into community living, along with respite rooms for short-term stays and dedicated suites for end-of-life care.

We are committed to fostering independence, inclusion, and overall well-being for individuals with support needs. This is achieved through collaboration with service users, their families, and partner organizations to deliver innovative, high-quality services tailored to individual aspirations, all within a person-centered framework.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising nursing staff
  • Onboarding new team members
  • Providing continuous training and support to the nursing and care teams
  • Managing departmental budgets
  • Monitoring and ensuring quality patient care across the unit

Role Details:
  • Permanent position
  • Available in full-time or part-time capacities
