Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting maintenance and repair work on residential properties.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Proven experience in property maintenance within the social housing sector.
- Possession of NVQ Level 2 (City & Guilds) or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- A valid UK Driving License (a work van will be provided).
