Your research and analysis will be driven by a focus on the long-term vision of Amazon, and you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to explore and implement new strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of 6 risk/program managers and customs brokers, building efficiency in our transportation network across borders, and enhancing compliance and operational performance on every program. You will also work independently to launch projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a people leader of the customs and compliance org, you will be the single-threaded owner to lead the customs brokerage operations and cross-border compliance, working with both the Amazon Trade compliance team and external government entities. You will manage a team of 6 program/risk managers working closely with global carriers and brokers. You will work independently to launch projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Cross-border B2C is a foundational piece of Amazon's international consumer business, serving customers across 190+ countries. To be successful in this role, you will need significant experience in Ops, Program or project management, experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, and a Master's degree in Management/MBA, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation.
