We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Park's Motor Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial performance of our retail facilities is optimized.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Operations
  • Ensure the efficient operation of financial processes, adhering to group deadlines and guidelines.
  • Accurately record sales, purchases, and stock transactions.
Financial Reporting
  • Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to branch management.
Financial Analysis
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize cash flow and minimize financial risks.
Team Management
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting strong controls and compliance with group policies.
Compliance and Governance
