Job Description: Operations Support Team Leader

The Operations Support Team Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day leadership of the Operations Support Team. Key responsibilities include measuring productivity, performance management, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying opportunities for improvement to drive efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Operations Support Team to achieve exceptional performance and productivity
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members on performance and behavior
  • Support business-led projects to ensure compliance and deliver results
  • Deliver role-specific training and feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with the wider management team to drive consistency and best practice
