Job Description: Operations Support Team Leader

The Operations Support Team Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day leadership of the Operations Support Team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews
  • Measuring productivity and quality
  • Coaching on performance and behaviours
Process Optimisation

The Operations Support Team Leader will focus on process optimisation, driving efficiency gains through:

  • Simplification and automation of processes
  • Ensuring timely delivery and high standards
Support and Development
  • Supporting business and industry-led projects
  • Delivering role-specific training and feedback
  • Supporting business changes, such as new system implementations
