Operations Support Team Leader

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Team Leader to join our team at ESP Utilities Group Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Operations Support Specialists and driving process optimization to ensure efficient delivery of services.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of up to 5 Operations Support Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity and quality
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
* Collaborate with the wider management team to drive consistency and best practice across the organization
* Manage holiday entitlement and ensure compliance with company policies
