Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team in London. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our unique brand differentiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Maintain a consistently high standard of customer service and product knowledge at all times.
  • Product Promotion: Promote the unique brand differentiation and the link with the ingredient stories, product benefits, and usage.
  • Retail Theatre: Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the customer journey of the brand as a story while engaging with customers.
  • Customer Loyalty: Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand.
  • Sales Challenges: Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a hands-on beauty or retail role with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Commercial Awareness: Commercial awareness and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Qualifications: NVQ 2 or equivalent Beauty qualification is an advantage.
  • Availability: Ability to be flexible and work shifts including weekends and evenings.
