Are you an organized and proactive Office and Finance Coordinator eager to contribute positively to a growing organization? Our client, a successful construction firm, is on the lookout for a skilled individual to enhance their operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Generate and distribute timesheets, input data into various systems, compile payroll information, onboard new employees, process salary adjustments, maintain payroll templates, and address internal inquiries.
  • Financial Administration: Handle purchase invoices, organize general accounts documentation, establish projects within the system, oversee personal expense reports, and assist with monthly financial spreadsheets.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage phone communications, warmly welcome visitors, oversee deliveries, handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, procure office supplies, maintain document filing systems, assign project numbers, update vehicle records, assist with general administrative tasks, and support community initiatives.

Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with spreadsheet management.
A friendly and approachable demeanor, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
Capability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
