Are you an organized and proactive Office and Finance Coordinator eager to contribute to a vibrant organization? Our client, a successful construction firm, is on the lookout for a skilled individual to enhance their operations.
This role presents a wonderful opportunity to engage with a progressive company and play a vital role in their everyday functions.Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Generate and distribute timesheets, input data into various systems, compile payroll information, onboard new staff, process salary adjustments, maintain payroll templates, and address internal inquiries.
- Financial Administration: Handle purchase invoices, organize general accounts documentation, establish projects within the system, oversee personal expense claims, and assist with monthly financial spreadsheets.
- Administrative Duties: Manage phone communications, warmly welcome visitors, coordinate deliveries, oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence, procure office supplies, file and archive documents, assign project numbers, update vehicle records, assist with general administrative tasks, and support community initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Exceptional organizational abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with spreadsheets.
A friendly and approachable demeanor, capable of making visitors feel welcome.
Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
