Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Generate and distribute timesheets, input data into various systems, compile payroll information, onboard new employees, manage pay adjustments, maintain payroll templates, and address internal inquiries.
  • Financial Duties: Process incoming invoices, archive financial records, establish projects within the accounting system, oversee personal expense claims, and assist with monthly financial reporting.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage phone communications, warmly welcome visitors, coordinate deliveries, handle mail distribution, order office supplies, organize and file documents, assign project identifiers, maintain vehicle records, assist with general office duties, and support community initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Exceptional organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with data management.
