Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented hospitality expert to join our team as a Front of House Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of front of house staff to deliver outstanding service to our guests
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with other operational managers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a quality-driven, high-volume environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests
