We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage restaurant reservations, take phone calls, and prepare bills
  • Coordinate guest experiences and provide administrative support
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
