Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Host/Hostess to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome
  • Manage restaurant reservations and coordinate guest seating
  • Prepare bills and process payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide administrative support to the hospitality team
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a high-end environment
