Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our business operations team, including diary management, note capturing, CRM maintenance, and company partnership management.
- Office Management: Oversee office space planning, source and order supplies, organize company events, and manage technology equipment.
- HR Administration: Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding, boost employee experience and engagement, conduct employee surveys, and support HR policies and recruitment.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role or function
- Administrative support experience
- Office management, technology, and compliance experience
- HR administration experience
- Effective time management, organization, and 'can-do' approach
