The Role: Aircraft Documentation Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Aircraft Documentation Specialist. This role is essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet by maintaining accurate and up-to-date aircraft documentation.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with various departments to prepare and distribute aircraft check packs.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all aircraft paperwork.
- Track and follow up on missing or incomplete documentation.
- Scan, organize, and archive all relevant documents electronically.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support efficient document management.
- Previous experience in a document control role is preferred.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations and procedures is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
