PAM stands as a leading provider of heavy aircraft maintenance services, particularly for Ryanair, and is responsible for the upkeep of their extensive fleet of New Generation Boeing aircraft. In your role as a Metal Fabrication Specialist, you will play a crucial part in our dedicated workforce, committed to upholding the safety and maintenance standards of over 450 aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute repairs on aircraft components using approved metalworking techniques
  • Ensure accurate completion of documentation in line with company protocols
  • Follow established safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform additional duties as directed by supervisory staff

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in aircraft metal fabrication and repair
  • Previous experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of aircraft components
  • Willingness to work additional hours as needed
  • Capability to mentor and train less experienced personnel
  • Strong proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights
  • Unrestricted eligibility to work in the UK
  • Clear Disclosure Scotland required for employment at UK Airports
