Role Responsibilities
In this position, you will conduct assessments for a maximum of six clients daily. Your role will involve:
- Performing clinical evaluations and documenting your findings.
- Preparing comprehensive reports for the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) to assist in their decision-making process regarding client support.
Training and Development
We provide exceptional training led by experienced clinical educators. This program will equip you with the necessary skills to transition your existing medical expertise into this new role. The training duration is approximately six months, during which you will receive compensation.
Additionally, you will maintain your professional registration and receive support for revalidation.
Continuous Professional Development
Upon completion of the training program, your professional growth will continue. You will benefit from:
- Over 100 hours of protected Continuous Professional Development (CPD) annually.
- Support for revalidation and opportunities for career advancement within the organization.
- Access to a clinical supervisor and the chance to pursue a Diploma in Disability Assessment Medicine accredited by the Faculty of Occupational Medicine.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A background in nursing, occupational therapy, or physiotherapy, with a focus on patient-facing roles.
- A minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including typing at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute.
- Strong literacy, attention to detail, and adaptable communication skills.
Compensation
The salary for this role is determined based on geographical location.
