Job Title: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Electus Recruitment Solutions. As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical development for assigned projects, sub-systems, or components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the mechanical development for assigned projects, sub-systems, or components.
  • Develop and implement mechanical design solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet project objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical design.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in mechanical design, including an appreciation of packaging electronics and thermal considerations.
  • Relevant 3D CAD/CAE experience (training on our preferred CAE tools will be given).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
