About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Associate Recruitment Consultant at Maxwell Bond. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying top talent and placing them into exciting opportunities with our clients.

Your primary focus will be on building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients, while utilizing your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to secure new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with clients to understand their recruitment objectives and requirements.
  • Sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates' suitability for various roles.
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of professionals in the technology industry.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
