Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Maxwell Bond. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying top talent and placing them into exciting opportunities with our clients.

About the Role

  • Identify and engage with top talent in the technology, technology sales, and sustainability/renewable energy sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Source and assess candidates for job openings and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements

  • Passion for IT/technology, technology sales, or sustainability/renewable energy and the latest technology advancements and trends.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to effectively communicate with clients and candidates.
  • Good attention to detail to plan and track results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets to drive business growth and success.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to drive results and achieve goals.
