Branch Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to join our team at Travis Perkins. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a sales strategy that focuses on proactive development of existing customers, lapsed customers, and new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Engage and inspire branch colleagues to support the sales strategy and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers to ensure ongoing profitability.
- Liaise with suppliers to create local commercial plans that drive profitable sales.
- Ensure the safety of all colleagues and customers by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Support the Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager in managing aspects of the branch and business.
- Previous experience in a builders' merchant or similar industry is advantageous.
- Proven sales experience and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, adaptable, resilient, and tenacious with high levels of energy and drive.
