About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to members across all channels, including face-to-face, phone, and digital.
  • Process transactions and educate members on our digital services and easier ways to bank with us.
  • Deal with customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
