Role Overview

The Community Care Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional care support services. Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting assessments and reviews of individual care services.
  • Providing practical supervision, guidance, and support to care staff.
  • Collaborating with care coordinators to develop effective care worker schedules tailored to individual needs.
  • Performing regular evaluations of care services, including ongoing needs and risk assessments.
  • Participating in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' requirements.
  • Mentoring new care staff in the field to ensure their proficiency.
  • Observing and assessing care worker performance as part of routine supervision.

While the majority of your time will be spent in the community, some administrative tasks will also be required.
