Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
The Community Care Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of top-notch care services. This includes conducting assessments and reviews of individual care plans and providing practical guidance and support to care staff. Collaborating with care coordinators, you will assist in creating effective care worker schedules, considering both the specific needs of clients and the unique skills of the staff. Regular evaluations of service users' needs and risk assessments will be part of your duties. You will also participate in multi-disciplinary reviews and mentor new care workers to ensure their proficiency. While the majority of your time will be spent in the community, some administrative tasks will be conducted in the office.

Essential Skills
Candidates should have experience in conducting initial risk and needs assessments for individual service users, whether in their homes or other settings such as hospitals or care facilities.
