We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead for Complex Care. In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking care assessments and clinical risk assessments, providing advice and guidance to the wider business, and leading and managing a team of Support Workers.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be the clinical expert for complex packages in the areas covered, ensuring that our service users receive the highest level of care and support. You will work closely with commissioners, GPs, family members, and community professionals to ensure that all issues relating to the safeguarding of vulnerable adults are reported according to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake care assessments and clinical risk assessments
  • Provide advice and guidance to the wider business
  • Lead and manage a team of Support Workers
  • Be the clinical expert for complex packages in the areas covered
  • Work closely with commissioners, GPs, family members, and community professionals

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse with experience of delivering training
  • Experience of working with complex clients in a community setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work towards PTLLS qualification
